We are a relatively small team of property experts with decades of experience in International real estate. Our head office is in the UK. We operate from various offices in Southern Europe including the Balearic islands of Ibiza and Mallorca. David, our MD, was invited to sell homes on Nevis, by a local resident, many years ago. In fact, the internet wasn’t readily available then, so we had to use a fax!
Our attitude has always been to try a new market. So, when a Nevis property owner asked us to sell his home in the International market, we asked if he could arrange for at least 10 properties to be available for us to list. We would then fly over to begin our assessment for marketing. We’re glad to say that this mission was successful and resulted in a few sales over the coming months.
Our beginning in these Islands was modest. We remain modest, but also committed to providing the very best customer service for our buyers.
